Cette version sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en premi\u00e8re mondiale lors du Salon de l\u2019automobile de Gen\u00e8ve en mars 2017.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019instar de la berline, le moteur biturbo V8 de 4,0 litres assure, avec sa puissance d\u00e9veloppant 612 ch et sa transmission int\u00e9grale enti\u00e8rement variable 4MATIC+ Performance AMG, une dynamique de marche incontest\u00e9e. L\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de 0 \u00e0 100 km\/h en moins de 3,5 secondes assoit un nouveau record pour cette classe. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une coupure des cylindres de s\u00e9rie, le moteur est encore plus efficace qu\u2019avant.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019instar de la berline, les breaks E 63 4MATIC et E 63 S 4MATIC+ offrent \u00e9galement une technique de propulsion innovante et une puissance maximale, combin\u00e9es \u00e0 un design original, un \u00e9quipement exclusif et les derni\u00e8res fonctions d\u2019info-divertissement pour couvrir l\u2019ensemble des applications multim\u00e9dia connect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le temps de r\u00e9ponse du nouveau break n\u2019a rien \u00e0 envier \u00e0 son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur : la bo\u00eete de vitesses sport \u00e0 9 rapports SPEEDSHIFT MCT (Multi Clutch Technology, technologie multi-embrayage) AMG est combin\u00e9e \u00e0 un embrayage de d\u00e9marrage humide. Un autre point fort est la toute nouvelle transmission int\u00e9grale 4MATIC+ Performance AMG. Elle allie les avantages de diff\u00e9rents concepts de transmission. La r\u00e9partition du couple enti\u00e8rement variable entre l\u2019essieu avant et l\u2019essieu arri\u00e8re une premi\u00e8re garantit une motricit\u00e9 optimale quel que soit l\u2019\u00e9tat de la chauss\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le moteur V8 biturbo de 4,0 litres \u00e0 turbocompresseurs Twin Scroll\u00a0: de nouveaux sommets de puissance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 par ailleurs, le moteur V8 biturbo de 4,0\u00a0litres sign\u00e9 AMG et mont\u00e9 sur le break E 63 S 4MATIC+ atteint de nouveaux sommets de puissance avec pas moins de 612 ch. Le couple maximal de 850 Nm repr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement un record. Disponible sur une large plage de r\u00e9gime allant de 2 500 \u00e0 4\u00a0500\u00a0tr\/min, il donne le sentiment de disposer de reprises hors normes, quelle que soit la position de la p\u00e9dale d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur. Le break E 63 4MATIC+ dispose d\u2019une puissance de 571 ch et d\u2019un couple de 750 Nm. Le 100 km\/h d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9 est abattu par la variante S en 3,5 secondes (E 63 4MATIC+ : 3,6\u00a0secondes).<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la coupure des cylindres AMG de s\u00e9rie et \u00e0 d\u2019autres mesures, le nouveau break Performance est particuli\u00e8rement efficace : sa consommation de carburant de 9,1 litres et ses \u00e9missions de CO2 de 206 grammes par kilom\u00e8tre (combin\u00e9s) \u00e9tablissent, pour les deux versions de moteur, un nouveau record face \u00e0 la concurrence. Afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer encore davantage la puissance et le temps de r\u00e9ponse du moteur AMG V8 4,0 litres, deux turbocompresseurs Twin Scroll ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mont\u00e9s. Ils r\u00e9duisent la contre-pression des gaz d\u2019\u00e9chappement et optimisent le balayage des gaz. R\u00e9sultat : plus de puissance, un temps de r\u00e9ponse tr\u00e8s rapide et un couple plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 m\u00eame \u00e0 faible r\u00e9gime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La transmission int\u00e9grale variable 4MATIC+ Performance AMG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les deux variantes du break sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de s\u00e9rie de la transmission int\u00e9grale innovante 4MATIC+ Performance AMG. Ce nouveau syst\u00e8me intelligent allie les avantages de diff\u00e9rents concepts de transmission : la r\u00e9partition du couple enti\u00e8rement variable entre l\u2019essieu avant et l\u2019essieu arri\u00e8re \u2013 une premi\u00e8re \u2013 garantit une motricit\u00e9 optimale quel que soit le terrain. Le conducteur peut compter sur une grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de marche.<\/p>\n<p>Un coupleur \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique associe l\u2019essieu arri\u00e8re moteur \u00e0 l\u2019essieu avant de mani\u00e8re variable. La r\u00e9partition optimale du couple est calcul\u00e9e en permanence. Ainsi, le break Performance peut passer graduellement d\u2019une transmission int\u00e9grale ax\u00e9e sur la motricit\u00e9 \u00e0 une pure propulsion arri\u00e8re. La transmission int\u00e9grale am\u00e9liore non seulement l\u2019adh\u00e9rence et la dynamique transversale, mais \u00e9galement la dynamique longitudinale du v\u00e9hicule, pour des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations encore plus franches.<\/p>\n<p>Temps de passage brefs, efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e : avec la bo\u00eete \u00e0 9\u00a0rapports SPEEDSHIFT MCT AMG<br \/>\nLa bo\u00eete \u00e0 9 rapports SPEEDSHIFT MCT AMG est sp\u00e9cialement adapt\u00e9e aux exigences des deux mod\u00e8les. Les parties mat\u00e9rielle et logicielle ont fait l\u2019objet de nouveaux d\u00e9veloppements. Le logiciel exclusif offre des temps de passage extr\u00eamement courts et des r\u00e9trogradages multiples particuli\u00e8rement rapides, tandis que la fonction de double d\u00e9brayage procure des sensations fortes lors des changements de vitesse. Un embrayage de d\u00e9marrage humide remplace le convertisseur de couple. Il r\u00e9duit le poids et optimise le temps de r\u00e9ponse, notamment au sprint et lors des alternances de charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le diff\u00e9rentiel autobloquant sur l\u2019essieu arri\u00e8re : une motricit\u00e9 optimale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la motricit\u00e9 et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s dynamiques des v\u00e9hicules, les ing\u00e9nieurs les ont dot\u00e9s d\u2019un diff\u00e9rentiel autobloquant m\u00e9canique (break E 63 4MATIC+), voire \u00e0 r\u00e9gulation \u00e9lectronique (variante S), sur l\u2019essieu arri\u00e8re. Dans les deux cas, le dispositif permet de r\u00e9duire le patinage au niveau de la roue situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du virage, sans r\u00e9gulation du syst\u00e8me de freinage. Le conducteur peut relancer la voiture plus rapidement en sortie de virage. Le diff\u00e9rentiel autobloquant contribue en outre \u00e0 stabiliser le v\u00e9hicule lors des man\u0153uvres de freinage amorc\u00e9es \u00e0 une vitesse importante et am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement la motricit\u00e9 au d\u00e9marrage.<br \/>\nLe principal avantage du diff\u00e9rentiel autobloquant arri\u00e8re \u00e0 pilotage \u00e9lectronique r\u00e9side dans une r\u00e9gulation encore plus fine et proactive : il permet de repousser les limites du v\u00e9hicule en termes de motricit\u00e9 et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer encore le comportement routier en situation extr\u00eame.
